The first comprehensive customer interface went online in the same year, and many more followed. Since then, all order and inventory data can be transferred directly to the customer's ERP systems.

In particular, compliance with operator responsibility or operator obligations is thus more transparently verifiable and thus also more efficiently traceable for our customers.

In compliance with all data protection requirements (hosting exclusively in Germany, encrypted data exchange, multiple authentication, etc.), administrators and property managers can also access the performance documentation in great detail and, in addition to the performance records, also view photos and delivery notes, for example.

The GIG Group sees itself as the customer's data trustee. Customers can retrieve all inventory and order data in standardized exchange formats at any time both via corresponding interfaces and in the customer portal. The property data thus always remain the property of the property owner.
