Your field of activity:
- Steering of the operational business in facility management with responsibility for turnover, costs and results for your division
- Personnel responsibility for managers and their teams (up to approx. 50 employees)
- Establishment and adaptation of the organisation as well as creation of FM concepts
- Responsibility for strategic customer care
- Overall management of implementation projects and CIP processes
- Strategic orientation of the division and reporting line directly to the executive board
- Berlin office
Your qualifications:
- Successfully completed university or technical college studies or comparable training in the field of technology or business administration
- Relevant professional experience with a focus on technical services
- Strong leadership and organisational skills, clear communication style, assertiveness and negotiation skills
- High customer and service orientation
- Confident and friendly appearance, initiative, economic thinking
